Pursuing its ability to adapt the organization to the new market requirements, SABO has created a new Business Unit named OLEO-SPECIALTIES combining its Industrial Surfactant, Personal Care and Feed Additives business units. The aim is to join forces in oleochemicals derivatives businesses to create one strong, integrated organization as a foundation for future profitable growth.
By combining these complementary businesses, SABO intends to optimize its manufacturing capabilities and logistics platforms: as a result, the company expects to accelerate its speed in decision-making and execution, as well as to strengthen its base and stimulate growth in the core markets.
In addition, interdisciplinary competences and knowledge sharing will allow the newly structured team to further boost the innovation initiatives in the core sectors as well as to pave the way for exploring and developing solutions in new fields of application and markets.
The new organization will come into force on 20.04.2022 and will be led by Mr. Oscar Brunoni as Oleo-Specialties Vice President, reporting to the company CEO, Mr. Germano Peverelli.
SABO manufactures a wide range of oleochemical products, including non-ionic surfactants, esters, ethers, phosphate esters and special purpose materials utilized in cosmetic, feed and in other specific industrial sectors like agrochemicals, water treatment, paints & coatings, textiles.
