EMR-Handwerker (M/W/D)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbstständige Koordination und Durchführung von wechselnden Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Eigenständige Analyse und Beseitigung von komplexen Betriebsstörungen
- Erledigung von wiederkehrenden Prüfungen von Schutzeinrichtungen & sonstige gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen
- Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Inbetriebnahme elektrischer Anlagen
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Inbetriebnahme von anlagentechnischen Änderungen und Projekten
- Mitarbeit bei der Pflege der EMR-Dokumentation
- Mitwirkung bei der Abwicklung von Revisionsarbeiten
Das bringen sie mit:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von komplexen Industrieanlagen, vorzugsweise im Bereich der chemischen Industrie
- SPS/SSPS-Kenntnisse (Siemens S5, S7 & HIMA) sowie Erfahrung in der Mess- und Regelungstechnik erforderlich
- Erfahrung in der Antriebs- und Motorentechnik wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse der einschlägigen IT-Anwendungen (Office-Anwendungen, Engineering-Tools)
- Selbstständigkeit, Engagement und Bereitschaft in Teams zu arbeiten

For our Headquarter in Bergamo (Italy), we are looking for you as:
Technical Support & Application Development Manager (m/f) for BU Polymer Additives
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical and application support to customers thru the whole value chain (which includes masterbatch producers, compounds producers, and plastics converting industry);
- Collaborate and liaise with customers’ technical teams to help in new tech. challenges by analysing information and select the most appropriate solution from products portfolio;
- Collaborate with R&D in the development of new products to improve polymers’ performances by analysing the additives’ mechanisms of action, strengths weaknesses;
- Support the development of new stabilization formulations by highlighting product features and benefits to meet customers’ requirements;
- Attend international conferences, also as speaker, in support of business goals.
- Deal with scouting of new products and technologies;
- Develop sales tools (such as web content, product application guidelines and technical presentations) in line with company strategies;
- Provide regular technical training to the sales force and distributors;
- Closely collaborate as Application Expert with Analytical Department, Technology Team and Product Management in products related topics such as complaint management, root causes investigations or quality related in depth-analyses.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Materials’ Science, Materials’ Engineering or equivalent qualifications;
- At least 5 years experience in Functional Additives &/or Polymers’ Application support, Product development or Materials’ testing for the Plastic Industry, preferably in the field of polymers’ light stabilization;
- Experience of working across departments and countries (in a matrix organisation) will be considered as a plus;
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills;
- Fluent in English, a second language will be considered as a plus.
